  直销经历的时代 | 直销的发展阶段 | 直销4.0+ 作者：直销老炮 某直销培训师在一次讲座里提到： 直销1.0  命运导向； 直销2.0  产品导向； 直销3.0  制度导向； 直销4.0  专业导向(系统导向)； 直销5.0  全渠道营销。 其实，直销4.0及以前各个阶段，我们都讲了二十多年了。直销5.0，本质其实还是4.0，是在4.0的基础上融入线上功能和模式(这是工具的变化），所以称为直销4.0+更贴切。 为了迎合新时代和新生代，我们要做一些改变。但这些改变仅仅是”面子“，绝不是”里子“，里子就是，直销就是直销，电商就是电商。直销属于轻资产创业，但是直销不等同于轻资产创业。 上周我们跟几位A公司的顶级直销领袖私聊了一下，感觉那位 直销培训师 的“直销5.0"的提法不太靠谱。建议修正为直销4.0+ 全渠道营销不是什么新鲜东西，一二十年前企业家们就搞了。 “全渠道营销”是一个应用了很多年的理念和实际操作。它适用于传统的行业、领域、公司、营销队伍。 然而把它用于直销，变成“全渠道直销”就是一个误导和误读。并且这个误导很严重。 它会使得普通人对直销望而却步，觉得直销是精英和专业人士做的事情。 直销的主体是跟公司签约的一个个个体的人，虽然直销讲究团队合作，但团队只是互相借力的手段。一个人是无法做到事事精通的。 要想“全渠道直销”模式在直销里有可能进行下去，那就要求团队领导具有前瞻性的眼光，自己不会的东西没关系，发掘团队里每一个人的特殊技能，合作完成“全渠道直销”。 误导性的“全渠道直销”的宣传，如同“直销很简单”一样地具有误导性和大忽悠。 “分享直销很简单”，跟“分享直销事业很简单” 以及 “分享直销产品很简单”是完全不同的场景、场合、概念。 因而笼统地讲“分享USANA很简单”（Sharing USANA is very easy），会让有直销经验的人很”厌恶“，会让没直销经验的人很“困惑”。 困惑在哪里呢？“我把USANA生意分享给别人怎么都不接受呢？” 正确的说法是：“分享USANA产品很简单”！ 那“分享USANA事业“呢？ 不容易！如果很容易就轮不到我们了！但是，它远比传统行业容易得多！直销依然是金字塔，但是站在塔尖的人会有很多；然而传统行业，站在塔尖的人凤毛麟角！ 当在一个事业活动场合里说Sha...
